Midwest RoadstersNews Flash • Homecoming 2008 - This upcoming Labor Day Weekend brings about a complete dozen homecomings held by the South Carolina factory. The rumors are true.. this WILL be the last roadster homecoming held by the Spartanburg factory. Registration opened up on Saturday June 21st. If you find yourself on their waiting list, DO NOT DESPAIR. There have always been openings and cancellations. • Motor to Missouri - Our own MaryP has suggested a weekend roadster trip to Rocheport, Missouri along the Katy Trail in July. For details, check her post. It's about time to work out the cobwebs from the engine bay!  • Farewell, friend - I was overseas during April when I got the sad news that Bob Nelson had passed away. Those who attended our Midwest Seat-Fix day will recall it was held at Bob's place. Bob was always ready and willing to attend any midwest event that popped up. Our deepest condolences to his family & loved ones.
