The revival of yesteryear's roadsters brings back low-slung machines with beautiful lines but adds modern conveniences and far greater reliability. The old British roadsters were known for some quirky features that made them unique. Some had detachable panes of glass that served as side windows, others had less-than-convertible roofs that required building part-by-part. Some tonneaus were designed with snaps. This meant the cockpit edges would be dotted with mating snap hardware. Riveting snap hardware to a Z3 roadster should make any owner cringe. There had to be a modern-day solution... ![]() |
THE ROADSTER TONNEAU
![]() At long last, a convenient cover for your interior that offers all the right protections. The Roadster Tonneau! This stylish accessory is incredibly easy to install and remove. When most of us first fell in love with the roadster, it was likely at first sight in the brochure, magazines, or showroom with the convertible top's boot cover intact. Many of us would prefer to always leave the boot cover on as the tidy look completes the car, but there are those occasions where the top needs to go up for protection against dust, bird droppings, and autumn leaves and that requires removing the boot cover before raising the top. The Roadster Tonneau is the perfect solution that will save you the time, hassle and worries. ![]() ![]() ![]() |
