Assembling the Front
When removing parts from the trees, use cutting pliers, then trim off any excess flashing. Otherwise if a razor blade is used to cut the part, BE CAREFUL. Inadvertently burying a blade into your finger isn't a part of the therapeutic process.
Core parts of the front assembly. Here again, a double-wishbone suspension is used.
While the steering knuckles are assembled, here's another chance to replace any nylon bushings with aftermarket ball bearings.
Avoid overtightening the metal screws into the plastic
This finishes the basic assemblies of the front and rear.
